Grade 10: Rubric for a perfect poster :-)

 

RUBRIC FOR A PERFECT POSTER!                             Rate yourself! (10 is perfection)
LEGIBILITY Can you ‘read’ it from 1m away? Contrast? Font size? Picture resolution?
CHUNKING Do you have between 4 / 5 grouped chunks? Is there a focal chunk?
Balance Do you have a 50:50 balance between visual and verbal info? Is there a balance between hand-drawn and ‘cut & paste’ visuals?
CONTENT Is the content interesting, informative & well spelt?
AESTHETICS Is the poster ‘beautiful’ and well made? Is the decoration relevant to the topic?

Final drawing of idea/product (at least an A4 tonal study- must showcase an illusion of form and space), you may also create a concept drawing accompanied by a layout sketch of your product
